12-Month Red Rose Warranty

Every mobility scooter bought from Red Rose Mobility comes with a 12-month Red Rose Warranty. It is comprehensive, straightforward, and backed by our own UK workshop — not a distant call centre.

Mechanical faults

Covers faults in the motor, transaxle, steering, braking system and other mechanical components that develop during normal use.

Electrical & batteries

Includes the controller, wiring, throttle, charger port and battery performance against the manufacturer's expected range.

Warranty repairs

If a covered fault develops, we will repair or replace the faulty part at no charge for parts and labour during the warranty period.

Pre-sale checks honoured

Every scooter is inspected, tested and cleaned before sale. Our warranty backs up that promise with 12 months of continued support.

What is not covered

Our warranty is honest cover, not an everything-policy. Like any reputable warranty, it does not cover items caused by misuse, wear, or neglect.

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, collisions, or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear items such as tyres, inner tubes, bearings and brake pads
  • Batteries that have been left discharged for long periods, under-charged, or used with the wrong charger
  • Cosmetic damage, scratches, or colour fading
  • Repairs or modifications carried out by anyone other than Red Rose Mobility
  • Faults caused by using the scooter in unsuitable conditions or over-loading beyond its rated capacity

A little routine care helps your warranty stay valid and keeps your scooter reliable for years. Follow these simple tips:

Keep the scooter clean and dry, especially around the battery and charger
Charge the battery regularly — avoid leaving it completely flat for long periods
Check tyre pressures and wear periodically, if your scooter has pneumatic tyres
Use the charger supplied with the scooter and follow the charging instructions
Book an annual service to catch minor issues before they become costly problems
